Want more or less?

The level of engagement with Telus International team members and subject matter experts is one driver of the project cost. If you want more engagement (all employee surveys, additional focus groups, workshops etc.) we will happily provide unit pricing for each activity. By the same token, if you feel what we have proposed is more than you intended, we will adjust our scope and price accordingly.
