Develop the Playbook framework and a range of options that incorporate team member experience and business needs and then refine those options to take into the prototype phase.

Further develop selected options and draft the remaining Playbook sections based on programmatic and aesthetic requirement decisions made during the Ideate phase.

Document the final guidelines into a complete Playbook of design standards that reflects the Telus International brand and supports your Value Culture Chain.

We understand that your playbook will evolve over time. We want to be a partner in that journey and are eager to be a part of your initial playbook effort and any regular updates going forward. Each year, Telus International may need a different level of service. We expect the yearly update to include 2 components:
Yearly Maintenance: 80 hours / $15,000
Facilitate an annual roundtable review of the Playbook with Facilities
Identify corrections, clarifications, or changes to existing Playbook materials
Section Overhaul / New Section: 60 hours / $11,500 (per section)
Reworking an entire section of the Playbook
Create a section for a new design standard
